Dispute case (For amicable settlement)
❖ This service allows a customer to file a dispute case (for amicable settlement) to help the disputants to reach a settlement satisfying the parties in the tenancy issues away from litigation procedures, but within a legal framework that guarantees the rights of all parties to be documented by an agreement signed by the parties and the conciliator and approved by the supervising judge. Such agreement is considered the force of the executive instrument at the Rental Disputes Settlement Center.

A copy of the last tenancy contract (Ejari)

A copy of the tenancy contract (if there is no Ejari, it must be translated into Arabic legally)

If the tenant is a person a copy of passport with visa page and EID. / If the tenant is company a copy of trade license is required or initial approval with trade name registration.

If the owner is a person a copy of passport with visa page and EID. / If the owner is company a copy of trade license is required.

A letter from the bank or an account statement indicating the IBAN number of the plaintiff

Any supporting documents for application such as a copy of correspondence, notifications, violations, electricity and water consumption bills, copies of checks, letters, etc.

A copy of the power of attorney notarized by the notary public for the legal attorney and a copy of the UAE ID, incase that the legal attorney is a law firm, a copy of the office license and the lawye

A copy of the heirs decree of distribution if (the lessor) is deceased.

A copy of the legal notice with a statement to the declaration representative or the registered mail of the result of the summons of the legal notice, in case the application was for evacuation.

A copy of the offer and deposit receipt, in case the application is to renew a contract (if any).
