❖ This service allows customers to register the grant (partial or total) through donating properties to a person or persons (Relatives of the first degree: mother, father, husband, wife and sons) free of charge, provided that the ownership of the property is not restricted or granted.
Standard Fees
0.125% of the value of the property
– Innovation Dirham Fees: Dhs. 30
– Title Deed Dhs.250
– Knowledge Dhs.10 for each fee

– For Couples: The marriage contract: A translated copy and certified from the Embassy of the UAE in the related country and from the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs in the UAE.
– For Children: Birth Certificate: A translated copy and certified from the Embassy of the UAE and from the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs in the UAE.

– For foreigners: residency documents
– For citizens: passport copy + copy of the nationality

For citizens: This requires Certification of Donation from Dubai Courts

For Non-citizens: This requires a letter requesting the donation from Dubai Land Department.
