Grant Registration

❖ This service allows applying for registration of a grant for the land plot granted to persons or entities by His Highness the Ruler or his representative based on the grant map issued by Dubai Municipality after His Highness the Ruler approval on the granted land plot.

Required Documents

  • A map of the grant land plot from the municipality

  • UAE ID of the owner

  • Trade license and Memorandum of Association (if the grant is for companies)

  • An entity’s letter (for government entities)
