MORTGAGE MODIFICATION
❖ This service allows customers to register request of amending the mortgage contract / pockets mortgage through registering the amendment of the mortgage value or the period of the old mortgage contract whether it is decreasing or increasing based on the financing entity letter.
Standard Fees
Mortgage duration amendment fees 1000 dirham
0.25% for amending value of mortgage
Knowledge fee of Dhs. 10 for each fee

Amendment letter from the bank (Whether amending the duration, the amount, or adding a note) with the presence of the authorized signatory of the bank
