❖ Mortgage on development modification by registering modification on (increasing or decreasing of duration) in the mortgage contract based on the letter of the financing entity.

– Innovation Dirham Fees: Dhs. 30
– 1000 Dirham mortgage modification fee
– 10 Dirham knowledge fee for each fee

 

Service Fees

– Free of Charge

Required Documents

  1. Original Title Deed

  2. Original mortgage contract

  3. The bank letter stating the new duration with presence of the authorized signatory of the bank

  4. Presence of the owner to sign
