MORTGAGE REGISTRATION
❖ This service allows customers to register mortgage / mortgage pockets through the registration of mortgage on property or properties for the benefit of the financing entity in order to guarantee its rights whether it is a first or second degree of mortgage.
Standard Fees
– Innovation Dirham Fees: Dhs. 20
– 0.25% of the mortgage value
– Knowledge fee of Dhs. 10 for each fee
Service Fees
– 4000 Dirhams

Original Mortgage Letter from the bank and presence of the authorized signatory of the bank

In case of authorization, the original authorization letter which is attested at the court, or at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs if the letter is issued outside of the UAE

Three original mortgaging contracts from the mortgaging bank and signed by both parties
