Required Documents

• A copy of the last tenancy contract (Ejari)

• A copy of the tenancy contract (if there is no Ejari, it must be translated into Arabic legally)

• If the tenant is a person a copy of passport with visa page and EID. / If the tenant is company a copy of trade license is required or initial approval with trade name registration.

• If the owner is a person a copy of passport with visa page and EID. / If the owner is company a copy of trade license is required.

• A copy of the heirs decree of distribution if (the lessor) is deceased.

• Attaching in writing proof of the existence of the debt on due date with a specific amount for pay off.

• Attaching a proof of the notice to pay off the debt (the value of the indebtedness).

• A letter from the bank or an account statement indicating the IBAN number of the plaintiff
