To Whom It May Concern Letter (NOC)
❖ This service allows the customer to request a statement of their owned properties. It is a document issued for individuals and companies, directed to official authorities to prove ownership of the properties mentioned in the document, based on the customer's request.
Service Completion Requirements
❖ The service can be provided through two options:
❖ Online (without visiting the office): Book a video call through the website. Please note that the video will be recorded. Alternatively, you may attach a selfie of the property owner holding their Emirates ID or Passport for verification purposes.
❖ In-person (by visiting one of our offices): The applicant must bring their original Passport or Emirates ID.
Service Time
❖ Online (without visiting the office): The process is completed within a maximum of two hours.
❖ In-person (by visiting one of our offices): The process takes no more than seven minutes, not including waiting time.
Required Documents

Emirates ID of the owner or Passport (for non-residents).

For companies: The company's trade license.

In the case of a Power of Attorney (POA), a copy of the POA specifying the “Update Information” in the DLD, along with the POA holder’s passport (signature and visa pages), is required. If the POA is issued outside the UAE, it must be attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
