Dispute case (For amicable settlement)

This service allows a customer to file a dispute case (for amicable settlement) to help the disputants to reach a settlement satisfying the parties in the tenancy issues away from litigation procedures, but within a legal framework that guarantees the rights of all parties to be documented by an agreement signed by the parties and the conciliator and approved by the supervising judge. Such agreement is considered the force of the executive instrument at the Rental Disputes Settlement Center.

Grievance Case

This service allows a customer to file a grievance case within (8) days from the issuance of a resolution against which a grievance to be filed.

Performance Order Application

This service allows a customer to submit an application to a judge of provisional matters.

Preliminary suit

This service allows a customer to file a first instance case for all kinds of claims for the disputes between the owner and the lessee (tenant), which is the first phase of litigation at the Rental Disputes Center.

Petition to Reconsider Case

This service allows a customer to file a case seeking reconsideration within thirty days after the issuance of the in presentia judgement or from their notification in case that it is issued as in presentia judgement.

Grievance against a performance order application

This service allows a customer to register a grievance against resolutions issued in matters concerning the performance.

Order on a petition application

This service allows a customer to submit an application to the Judge of provisional matters, to issue a temporary procedure binding on both parties

Appeal case

This service allows a customer to file an appeal case versus the judgements and resolutions awarded by the primary committees, the execution judge, or the Judge of provisional matters.

Execution case

This service allows a customer to register execution cases for all types of applications (application for execution of evacuation - application for execution of financial claim - application for execution of tenancy contract renewal).

Offer and deposit application

This service allows a customer to submit an application to a judge of provisional matters, to issue an order without prejudice to the rights, or an application to deposit a new tenancy contract, checks, and property keys.
